Under 10 : Born in 2001 or later
Under 12: Born in 1999 or later
Under 14: Born in 1997 or later
Please note that younger fencers may enter older events but not vice versa.
2. BFA Membership
Every fencer must show valid BFA membership and we will not sign you up on the day. Please note that if you have lost or forgotten your card, make sure you print a new copy from the BFA website or other proof of membership and bring it with you.

> Glove
> Breeches
> Socks
> Lame Jacket
> Body wire (we recommend that you have two working body wires)
> Foil, U10 (size 0), U12 (size 3), U14 (size 5) > we recommend that you have two working foils.
4. The Fencing Area
The hall is set up so that parents and coaches can have good access to their children / fencers from behind a barrier. Therefore no unauthorised person may enter the fencing area under any circumstances.
